1. If the Court does an act which amounts to doing a particular act it can be inferred that in such circumstance if extension of time is under discussion that may be deemed to be extended. Muhammad Latif v. Muhammad Azeem and 3 others 2004 SCR 132 (C) PLD 1954 BJ 69 rel.
  2. Word ‘Court’ used in the aforesaid provisions of law, refers to the appellate Court or the trial Court to whom the case is referred or is seized with the case — Appellate Court can also determine the time and if it does not extend, the application of O.VI r.18 C.P.C. shall come into play and in that case the trial Court has the jurisdiction to enlarge or extend the time fixed by the law.
