- Word ‘Court’ used in the aforesaid provisions of law, refers to the appellate Court or the trial Court to whom the case is referred or is seized with the case — Appellate Court can also determine the time and if it does not extend, the application of O.VI r.18 C.P.C. shall come into play and in that case the trial Court has the jurisdiction to enlarge or extend the time fixed by the law.
