- Decision of Supreme Court — Its binding force — An action which has been upheld by the Supreme Court cannot be called perverse, arbitrary or unreasonable, unjust biased or oppressive by any authority in the State — The decisions of this Court are binding on all Courts and executive authorities of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, therefore, there is no question that failure of the authorities to make payment of an amount different from the amount upheld by the Supreme Court may be called unjust or oppressive.
