Order No.25/60, dated 11.1.1960 — The AJ&K Rehabilitation (Amendment) Act, 1974, section 2(D) — definition of destitute — condition for allotment of evacuee land being local destitute — Held: According to the supra provisions, only that person falls in the definition of destitute who being cultivator either owns no land at all or holds the land less than the prescribed scale and have no other adequate source of income.
