Judgment recorded by High Court recalled — Appeal accepted — Direction issued that case of appellant shall be sent by Electricity Department to Public Service Commission separately which shall not be tagged with any other candidate to determine suitability of appellant — Public Service Commission shall recommend his case for regular appointment to Government if he fulfils the laid down criteria, passing of test and interview — In case not found suitable by Public Service Commission he shall not be entitled to be retained in service.
