- Appreciation and veracity of testimony of related witnesses — Shariat Court has not considered the whole evidence and material — thus the conclusion drawn is result of mis-reading and non-reading—In such like cases it is difficult to prove the factor of cruelty and only the persons who are closely related and inmates or family friends can be relevant witnesses and their statements cannot be ignored merely being relative or interested persons unlike the other cases.
