- It is only the Govt. of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, which can exempt the payment of admission fees, examination fees or any other fee which is received from students of University of AJ&K — Notification dated 16.12.2005 is clear enough to hold that all students affected by main boudary thrust of October 8, 2005, have been exempted from payment of any fee for the year 2005-2006 — Held: Order issued by the University Authorities or any other authority interpreting the said Govt.
