- The word ‘application’ without any doubt covers all sorts of applications moved before the High Court resulting in judgment against which petition for leave to appeal is filed — Be it a bail application for revision, for grant or vacation of stay order or transfer application — Writs under section 44 of the AJK Interim Constitution Act are referred to as “application” — Under High Court Procedure Rules, 32, 33 and 35 also the action for issuance of writs is referred to as an application.
