1. Procedural law — Operativity effect — Procedural law operates retrospectively even if such law doesn’t specifically envisages so — The law of limitation is a procedural law and it takes effect retrospectively — There is an exception to it if the rights vested in a party are taken away or destroyed by amendment, the operation of law shall not be retrospective, it shall be prospective.
