- The concept of Master and Servant is being discarded in all spheres. Due to rapid industrialisation the modern trend is to provide safeguard to all kinds of employees — Thereby the relationship of Master and Servant is being eliminated even in industrial and commercial Organisations — Numberous labour laws having been brought on statute book illustrate the point — The modern trend is that citizens are to be governed by rule of law and not subjected to arbitrariness – To urge that relationship of Master and Servant exists in Corporations which owe their very existence to a statute seems to be misconceived.
