- The accused-petitioner has been injured by 12-bore gun — He was examined and remained in PIMS — Pellets of 12-bore gun are still in the body of the petitioner — Doctor opined that pellets are visible in soft tissues — The accused sent application from jail that he may be sent to Rawalpindi for his treatment as the pellets in his body may damage some of his arteries — The Govt. was directed to send the accused-petitioner to AFIC Rawalpindi for treatment by some Neuro Surgeon who may operate the accused if he feels necessary.
