- Provides that a person who migrated from occupied Kashmir and settled in Pakistan, he shall be treated as refugee although later on he settled in Azad Jammu & Kashmir for the purpose of business, Services or any other purpose — A person, who has migrated from occupied Kashmir and settled in the area of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, he shall be treated as the local resident of the said District, where he has settled.
