- In Bilal’s case reported as 2009 SCR 493, a learned bench of this Court issued directions for determination of his suitability on the basis of “one man one post”. Held: The issuance of direction for determination of suitability on the basis of “one man one post” is not justified nor is a good principle of law — The Court disagreed with the opinion of honourable bench to this extent.
