- The principle of parity of employees of this Court to the employees of Supreme Court of Pakistan has been approved by the learned Judges vide order dated 17.11.2000, in pursuance to the aforesaid approval the Finance Department also agreed to grant of special allowance — Refusal of petitioner is contrary to the judgment of apex Court.
