- Rule, 6 — furnishing of certified copy of impugned order — mandatory — non-adherence of rule,6 — dismissal of appeal–According to law on the subject vide Act No. IV of 1979, the Service Tribunals Act, 1973 alongwith Rules made thereunder has been adapted. Under rule 6 of Service Tribunals (Procedure) Rules, 1974 among others, the furnishing of certified copy of the final order whether original or appellate and any other order of the competent authority in respect of terms and conditions of service of the appellant against which the appeal is preferred, is mandatory requirement.
