Gift-deed — Beyond share — Share determination of — Contention that share is to determined from the entire khewats of the village in which the donar was a co-sharer — Not accepted — Held: The settled principle of law is that while determining the overall share, the share of donar shall be calculated from the khewat from which the land was transferred — Cannot be taken into account from the entire khewats of whole village.
