- Family matter — maintenance charges — contention that — subsequent suit was filed on the ground that the defendant/ appellant refused to pay maintenance charges — proposition, if a decree is not executed and the judgment-debtor failed to satisfy the decree further suit lies or a decree is executable especially in the circumstances that the decree still intact.
