- Suicide — Proof of — Wife of the accused died in his house — An exception has been claimed by the accused-respondent that she committed suicide — He did not produce any evidence in support of his version — If she committed suicide in the house of the accused-respondent he would have moved some application before Police or the or the Court — He disappeared from the place of occurrence — Why he ran away from the place of occurrence and remained silent — It is unnatural that a wife dies in the house of husband if she committed suicide or murdered by any other person then the husband remains silent — In such like situation he should have informed the police or narrated as such to any other person — Held: It could not be said that she committed suicide.
