1. Police Service — Appellant is not justified to claim his transfer from Reserve Police to District Police as of right — Under service structure, transfer and posting is exclusively within the jurisdictional competence of the authority concerned — Inspector General of Police is the sole authority to pass an order of transfer of Police employees in public interest — Held: Courts cannot enforce their wisdom in this regard when no statutory provision is violated. No civil servant can claim as of right to stay on a particular post for a particular period — It is entirely the discretion of the Government to transfer a civil servant who had remained on a particular station for the period of more than two years — Under the Government policy a person shall not be transferred from one station to another without any reasonable justification within a period of two years.
