1۔ Police Department is not an organization which dispenses justice — The term and expression “Organization which are either dispensing justice” does not include the Police Department — As for the term and expression “directly connected with the working of dispensing justice” is concerned it needs consideration at least to the extent of the Prosecution Branch of Police Department — Held: Employees of Prosecution Branch of Police Department are covered by second part of notification dated 8.1.2001 as according to wording of notification “the employees who are working in the organization” means and include all Courts and Tribunals — It has nowhere been provided that permanent employees of all the Courts are only covered by this expression — It is sufficient to prove that the incumbent is working in any Court irrespective of the fact whether he is permanent employee of the Court or not — Held: That an official of the Police, who may be permanent employee of Prosecution Branch of Police Department is a person who is working in the Courts/Organizations, which are either dispensing justice or connected with the working of dispensing justice.
