Qualifications, terms and conditions — change in — only by amendment in rules — AJK Bar Council has made the rules known as the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bar Council Employees/Service Rules, 1999, therefore, any change in the qualifications, terms and conditions of service of the employees of Bar Council can only be effected by amendment in these rules in the manner as provided.
