Date of Birth, Correction of

—writ—rectification of date of birth—in the record of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education—no evidence could be provided by respondent before the Board authorities to prove date of birth required to be inserted after correction of earlier entered—if claim of respondent is admitted, it will amount that he was admitted in 9^th class at the age of seven years, which is not possible in our present educational system—High Court was not justified to issue writ for correction of date of birth as prayed by the respondent.
