1. —Police force—being a disciplined force, its members are required more strict compliance of rules and codes of conduct— deviation from the rules and discipline rightly require no leniency against the culprit—dismissal from service, in circumstances, of the appellant does not offend and disproportionate to judicial conscious—It may also be observed here that the Police is a disciplined force and such like persons are black names for the whole department and the activities, in which the appellant was involved, are not expected from a member of the police force. It is a universally celebrated principle of law that member of Police is expected to follow the rules, have control over his mind and passion and guard his instincts and feelings. When a member of the disciplined force deviates to such an extent from discipline and behaves in an untoward manner, which is not conceived of, it is difficult to hold that the punishment of dismissal, as has been imposed to the appellant, herein, is disproportionate and shocking to the judicial conscious.
