1. — Marriage is a solemn contract governed by the injunctions of “Holy Qur’an” & “Sunnah” — It is a bilateral contract which creates rights and casts duties upon spouses— in the matrimonial issues, it is basic foundation and all other ancillary matters have to be looked into while keeping in mind the sphere, domain and limits of this solemn contract.   2. —marriage between foster brother and sister— Prohibited under Dictates of Quran—there is no other thought except that the contract of marriage cannot be executed between foster-brother and sister as this matter has already been settled by Almighty Allah in Holy Quran in Verse No. 23 of Surah Al-Nisah.   3. —marriage between foster brother and sister— Prohibited as with real sister— In the light of the Qur’anic Verse, the marriage with foster-sister is as prohibited as with real-sister. Normally, it can believe that no Muslim can do such a heinous and inhuman act to marry with his foster-sister.   4. — If both partners have agreed not to engage in sexual intercourse, the marriage is intact—if, either the husband or the wife is demanding sexual intimacy, and the spouse is not making him/herself available, then the deprived partner has a right to initiate a divorce.
