- S. 35 of the Courts and Laws Code and S. 46 of the AJK Interim Constitution Act, 1974 — Section 35 of the Courts and Laws Code has been omitted by Act No. XXIII of 1992, but section 46 of the Interim Constitution Act remains intact and the High Court can exercise these powers where a patent illegality has been committed by a subordinate Court or any injustice has been done.
