Pakistan Medical & Dental Council Rules, 1962

—Rule 11—re-admission— MBBS and BDS professional examination—eligibility criteria for candidates to appear in professional part 1^st and 2^nd examination—a candidate who fails to pass 1^st professional part-1 or part-II examination in four consecutive chances availed or un-availed, shall cease to become eligible for further medical education—special chance given was rightly cancelled as respondent after availing four consecutive chances to clear his 1^st professional MBBS examination, failed, thus could not claim any right to continue studies.
