Rule 11 — From the language used in this rule it can be safely said that it does not envisage any review or representation before the Govt. by the Custodian particularly one who has been ousted from his post — Respondent was therefore not entitled to file review or representation before the Govt. Muhammad Azim Zia v. Nazir Ahmed Qadri & others 2003 SCR 44 (B)
