- —Change in Public Scheme after approval of Planning and development Department and Azad Jammu & Kashmir Cabinet Development committee—-writ of prohibition—scope of—Held:that change cannot be made by a subordinate functioningexcept with the approval of P &DD and AJKCDC. In such circumstances, an absolute writ of prohibition cannot be issued rather a direction can be given to the respondents not to change the scheme without approval of Planning and development Department and AJKCDC.
