- —properties of—an elected representative of the people shall be role model for society, being a person having such qualifications like law abiding, good character, sagacious, righteous, non-profligate, honest and amen—The elected representative of the people must possess such qualifications, if any of the candidates lacks any of such qualifications, he cannot represent the people— desired that the legislature and the Govt. shall make arrangement for bringing suitable amendments for providing such qualifications in Act, 1974, as in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
