AJK Income Tax Department

  1. Income Tax Department was a part of AJK Govt. but after the promulgation of AJK Interim Constitution Act 1974 the subject of Income Tax was given within the purview of the legislative and executive authority of AJK Council. AJ&K Council and 2 others  v. Muhammad Bashir and 4 others 2000 SCR 359 (A)
