AJK Registration of Nikah Act, 1986

  1. Enforcement of — In Azad Jammu & Kashmir the law of Registration of Nikah was introduced on 19.3.1986 — The Nikah cermony of the plaintiff took place in 1983 when no law of registration of Nikah was in existence. Mst.Dr.Naseem Firdous v. Mst. Anwar Bi & others 2007 SCR 310 (B)
