1. S. 43(B) — Scope of Review power of the Custodian — ‘Any order’, term of  — Connotation — The term “any order” not only includes the classified in sub-sections (1) and (4) of said section but also includes the order passed, while exercising the powers under the provision of the Act — It is clarified that word ‘any order’ although is of widest implication, however, according to the overall spirit of the statute, it refers to the orders which fall within the purview of the statutory provision of the said Act, and not the orders which are passed under the provision of any statute or law.
