- Section 6-A, 1 — allotment of land being local destitute — condition for — Held: For allotment of the land being local destitute, the condition precedent is that the allottee has no land at all or have the land less than prescribed scale provided under law, moreover, he has no adequate source of income and only cultivation is the source of income of such person.
