- The whole of Limitation Act is not applicable to the appeals filed under the Service Tribunals Act — Section 9 of the Service Tribunals Act lays down that the provisions of sections 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act would apply to the appeals under that Act — Section 14 of the Limitation Act which provides for exclusion of time spent in pursuing with due diligence another civil proceeding, is not applicable to the appeals before the Service Tribunal.
