- There is no need to effect amendment in the Civil Servants Act of Pakistan — The employees of the Banks are not regulated by such law as the Government servant — The services of the employees of Banks have been included in the service of Pakistan — They have been provided the right of appeal before the Service Tribunal — Only a forum has been changed for them to get their grievance redressed — Perhaps to meet the requirement of day-to-day difficulties an amendment on the request of bank authorities was carried into effect in the Federal Service Tribunals Act.
