- Respondent has not surrendered the land in favour of any person, therefore there was no jurisdiction for the Rehabilitation authorities to cancel this land without his consent from his name — Rehabilitation authorities should have cancelled the land beyond scale by following due course of law — Held: The High Court was justified in law to maintain the finding of the Custodian.
