- Following the rule of consistency Shariat Court was justified in allowing concession of bail — The language used in the order must be taken only in respect of bail matters — The trial Court should not be influenced by the order of Shariat Court. State v. Ghulam Rasool 2003 SCR 256 (B)
- The role attributed to the appellant and other convict persons, who have been released on bail, is the same — When similar role was attributed to the appellant and other convict persons then he was also entitled to same treatment — Appeal accepted and the sentence awarded to the appellant suspended — The accused was released on bail.
