1. Following the rule of consistency Shariat Court was justified in allowing concession of bail — The language used in the order must be taken only in respect of bail matters — The trial Court should not be influenced by the order of Shariat Court. State v. Ghulam Rasool 2003 SCR 256 (B)
  2. The role attributed to the appellant and other convict persons, who have been released on bail, is the same — When similar role was attributed to the appellant and other convict persons then he was also entitled to same treatment — Appeal accepted and the sentence awarded to the appellant suspended — The accused was released on bail.
