- No doubt fell within Custodian purview in view of sub-section (E) of section 18(B)(I) of Evacuee Property Act, 1957, whereunder the Custodian is empowered to exercise the powers of Multiple Allotment Judge under Multiple Allotment Act, 1961, that too in cases processed or being processed for the grant of proprietary rights, not independent of that.
