- Objection, that the appeal lodged by the University through its Registrar was incompetent — Held: Unsustainable — The Govt. and the University through its Registrar lodged appeal in High Court against land owners and the land owners lodged the appeal against Government and the University; respondents are now estopped from raising the plea that the present appeal has been filed by the AJK University and the same is incompetent — They cannot blow both hot and cold in the one and the same breath.
