Removal from service under any of codal provisions is regulated by check list and a civil servant can only be removed from service on the basis of misconduct etc. and not merely on the ground of an allegation without details — Held: Nothing has been brought on record to show that the appellant has been removed after due process of law and after providing him opportunity of hearing — Appeal accepted — Appellant restored in service.
