- Contention that the appeals were filed without the approval of the Government is not tenable because no such objection was raised in the High Court rather the objection was that the advocate was not empowered to file the appeals — Even otherwise, the appeals have been filed not only on behalf of the Government but also on behalf of the Mirpur Development Authority by its legal advisor appointed through Government notification as such it was not necessary for the advocate acting as legal advisor to obtain permission from the Government for filing the appeals on behalf of said authority.
