- In criminal cases where occurrence is reported to the Police and matter has also been taken before the trial Court through a private complaint, the procedure to be adopted is that each case has to be tried by the trial Court simultaneously — Where the practice and procedure for simultaneous trial is that the proceedings which also include recording of evidence have to be initiated in the complaint case — When the evidence of parties is completed the evidence in challan case has to be brought on record — It is only after that the trial Court has to decide the case.
