Additional evidence

It is not a right of the party to produce a document as additional evidence — it is up to the Court that any additional evidence may be produced before the Court so that the Court may be enable to pronounce the judgment or adjudicate upon the real controversy between the parties — A party cannot be permitted to produce additional evidence just to fill up lacunas of the case.
