- The participants of marriage ceremony were firing in air in order to celebrate marriage ceremony — It is important that the marriage ceremony was being enjoined through firing of Kalashinkove and other guns due to which one person lost his life — Such like liberty should not be given to any person — It is the basic responsibility of the Police of the area to ensure that no one should conduct aerial finding for the sake of enjoyment — It is, therefore, directed that in future the Police of every Police Station should ensure that within its area no one should be allowed to enjoy marriage ceremony by way of firing.
