- Section 53(P) — Powers to make rules — to provide for — standards of professional conduct of etiquettes — to be observed by advocates — As in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir legal profession is regulated by law called the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legal Practitioners and Bar Council Act, 1995. Under the provision of section 53(P) of the Bar Council Act, the Bar Council is vested with the powers to make rules providing standards of professional conduct and etiquette to be observed by the advocates.
