- Transfer of employees — from one Local Council, Municipal Committee, Municipal Corporation, Union Council, Town Committee to others — permissible — according to law, the rules on the subject are not confined only to any specific Local Council rather these are called the Local Council Appointment and Conditions of Service Rules, which apply to all the Local Councils. The Local Council has been defined by the law which includes Municipal Committee, Municipal Corporation and Union Council, Town Committee, etc. Thus, the employees, the subject matter of the Local Council rules can be transferred from one Local Council to another or Corporation, vis a vis.
