- Rule 11 — Special allowance @ 20% of basic pay — admissibility to employees of Ombudsman Secretariat — The matters for which no provision has been made in the rules, shall be governed by such rules or order for the time being in force and applicable to the employees corresponding posts in the Civil Secretariat — No specific provision in the rules for payment of allowance to the employees — The employees of the Mohtasib Secretariat are receiving the same pay, allowances and privileges which are admissible to the employees of the Civil Secretariat, Held: the special allowance of 20% cannot be denied to the employees of Mohtasib Secretariat.
