- Regulation 1(1)-A — The qualification for admission in B.Sc. Engineering was provided simply F.Sc. when the contesting respondents applied for admission — At that time it was not mandatory for admission in the Engineering College F.Sc. second division — Amendment was effected by the Voice Chancellor without seeking advice of the Academic Council, even the meeting of the Syndicate could not be convened immediately — The Voice Chancellor by misusing his authority deprived the designated functionaries from performance of their functions and assumed their jurisdiction without any legal jurisdiction — Held: The order issued by the Voice Chancellor was nullity in the eye of law.
