1. Non mentioning of the names of the accused in complaint — Credibility of complaint — The failure of the complaint or his witnesses to state the names of the accused-respondents in the Court or to know their names, does not tell upon the credibility of the complaint or to hold the case as doubtful if otherwise proved. It is not the name of the person but his role and action which has to be brought into the book and if the name of the culprit is not known to the complainant or his witnesses his identity has to be proved. Once a person against whom an allegation is levelled is identified, knowing of his name matters least. M. Sadiq v. Raja M. Nasim & others 1996 SCR 215 (D)
