Conciliation Courts Act (XIV of 1986)

  1. Conciliation Court not a Court set up under C.P.C. hence a decree passed by it cannot be considered to be a decree passed by a Court set-up under the C.P.C. C.P.C. not made applicable to the conciliation Court or appeals to be filed under the conciliation Courts Ordinance/Act. SS 96 and 100 of the C.P.C. not attracted. Muhammad Younas v.
