Contempt of Court — Forgive and forget

  1. The appellant used most scandalous and dirtiest language unbecoming of a good lawyer against the learned Chief Justice — The learned Chief Justice showing his greatness has forgiven the appellant by putting up a note in a case ‘Ehtesab Bureau V. Mujahid Hussain Naqvi’ though he could be proceeded against under Contempt of Courts Act and for professional misconduct. Mujahid Hussain Naqvi v. Ehtesab Bureau and 6 others 2003 SCR 399 (B)
